easy to communicate and set an appointment. upon arrival was cordially greeted and offered coffee or water. Tracie, our design consultant, was prepared with multiple selections and offered suggestions. From photos of our kitchen area, Tracie had several suggestions, different from what we had seen. We wound up following Tracie's suggestions, based on her defining why, and made a selection. The install crew, Willie and Jose, were very professional and meticulous in their work. The finished kitchen countertops are beautiful, and as Tracie pointed out, blend with the wood cabinets, tile backsplash, wall coloring and the simulated wood look ceramic floor. An excellent experience from beginning to end!

We just needed a slab cut to fit on top of our TV stand to make it a little bigger, they accommodated with samples of a black ground with a kind of Mika chip accent, gave them the measurements and they created it, when it was ready, we picked it up and we installed it ourselves, success

These people were great to work with. Tracie went out of her way to find just the right match for the new marble top for our dining room table to match the existing marble base. The oval cut for the top is flawless. The installation crew were great as well.

Jaclyn had been indispensable in helping me though every phase, from selections (knowledge of her stones and slab stock), to design, to helping resolve issues that invariability arise on remodels like these. From Jaclyn's help, through the installation process, to the companies competitive pricing, they absolutely knock it out of the park.

My experience with the team at Allied was by far the most enjoyable part of my custom build. High-quality and precision are what you can expect! It all started with a visit to the most beautiful showroom in the area, the vast amount of options you can view in person, their friendly and patient staff, and ended with a flawless install. Absolutely impressive and I can't thank Lauren enough for the time and effort she put in to be sure everything was perfect.

Want to give a big shout out to Serigo Garica who stoped by to touch up a few missed items. this guy was great insisted that he didn't leave until there was nothing else I needed. Can't praise him or the response I have received from Allied enough.

We LOVE our new quartz countertops, Island and backsplash! Our entire experience with Allied from the beginning to finish was amazing! 👏Their entire team are helpful and very professional. Installing stone in the kitchen was not easy. Sergio Garcia explained everything if hows our quartz will be turn out. Sergio went above and beyond👏 giving us tips on how to best care for our new countertops and everything. Sergio even recommend a handyman to relocate plug and add a filler cabinet. Great experience end to end!! We picked a beautiful stone countertop for our outdoor kitchen project (they have a fantastic selection to fit a variety of budgets). The install team did a great job - very professional, kept the work area clean, and delivered a beautifully finished product. When I was able to finally get my grill dropped in I found that the cutout was not quite wide enough. After a quick call, the custom install manager came to my house (same day!) and was able to quickly adjust the countertop cuts to make the grill fit like a glove. Thank you for the amazing service and care to deliver a perfectly finished product! Huge shout out to Sergio for his amazing work and above and beyond effort to help his customers!

From the warehouse to the installers everyone was incredibly professional and informative. I’ve waited a long time for my countertops and they turned out beautifully. I want to think Jaclyn for meeting with us and helping us with our decision. When Louise and Mario and Renee arrived they were very professional and got the job done quickly. I was experiencing a problem with my garbage disposal sliding through the hole in the granite. Obviously, I thought the hole was eroding so I tracked down Allied (original granite installer). My house warranty expired 2 years ago so they were under no obligation to help but I figured I'd try. I spoke to Aurelio Montez and he talked me through troubleshooting. When that didn't work, he sent me a video of how to install a button atop your granite counter. Ends up the installer put it in wrong. All the parts were there, I just had to reassemble the unit! Saved Aurelio a trip and saved me the headache of another trip to a DIY store. Thanks Aurelio for assisting me on an item that was no longer your responsibility! Much appreciated!

After Allied installed new marble countertops in all of our bathrooms, we told our maids "Do not place anything on top of these countertops!" Well, about a week after the new countertops were installed, they did and it resulted in a ring etched into the guest bath's brand new marble countertop. Not knowing what to expect, we called Allied. They went out of their way to repair the ring. Sergio evaluated it and a couple of Allied techs tried to remove it, but it was a stubborn stain. But Allied didn't give up. They had a specialist come over from Houston to Georgetown to fix it. Wow! Now it looks like it was never there! They truly deserve the best recommendation I can give! In my opinion they went above and beyond what anyone would have expected. Thank you Allied. . .

Allied always does great work. They care about each job. Sergio is a great field supervisor and installers like Willy and Nelson take their time to make sure the project is done right.

Willy and Nelson were our installers, they were on time and and they were very considerate of our home and took all precautions so nothing would be damaged in the install process. They were great to work with and very professional! Sergio Garcia the rep was on site as the job neared completion to insure everything went smooth, he lended a 3rd hand in getting the granite in and gave us a full explanation on how to care for our new counter tops.

We had not been happy with our builder offered at time of selection 6 years ago. Kitchen was very cookie cutter. We had plans to update the kitchen in 2023 but a water leak issue caused us to remodel sooner. We looked and everywhere and Allied Stone came highly recommended. The folks at Allied are amazing to work with. Jaclyn is fantastic and the install manager Sergio was more like a good friend than some install manager guy! We shopped and shopped and Jaclyn called us to say she had new Quartzite we had to see. We fell in love with it and to get a full slab for our island without seams was incredible. Prices are better than just about anyone in Austin area. Selection is great and the folks will help you get what you want! My one word of advice, be very thorough with your template folks when they come out, ask lots of questions and read your template sheets carefully. I will be choosing Allied for all my countertop needs! Our new counters give us a very calming feeling in the house whereas the Venetian Gold granite seem to stress me out! Haha! Thanks Allied!

Great experience all around, from selection through design and review. The slab selection they have is phenomenal. Just gorgeous stuff. Had some issues with measurements - not their fault - always check them yourself. Sergio helped get it resolved and he and the team did a brilliant job on vein/pattern match. I highly recommend the Allied team in Leander. A short 15 to 20 minute drive and worth every mile. I can't wait to have our countertops installed.

I wanted to post what a wonderful job Luis and Sergio did installing a new counter top in our kitchen. They arrived and installed the top without an issue. It looks great! Due to the new edging we chose the new top is a little shorter then the previous one in length at the end of the counter. Our stone backsplash extended past the new top. Sergio trimmed it perfectly to align with the counter top. Thanks!

Allied Gallery had a much better selection of natural stone than we found anywhere else in town. Our salesperson Connor was very helpful and their fabricators offer a lot of really nice edge profile options. Install went smoothly and they were quick to tweak the only change I requested.
